So out again to chase the Rainbow... First to the Fast Stop and did pretty good with a $5, $5 and a $20 Win
Took my Winners back to the Price Chopper and won back a $10, $15 and $15 Win, lookin good then
But one more try at the Minit Mart and lost $20 on the Tickets I bought there
So it looked lke I won a lot, actually I just got back the $20 I started with to try again Saturday
The rest of the Day was just this and that inside, some minor housekeeping Chores and then more Video editing
I had added all Eight of those Musical Videos together and rendered a File and uploaded to Vimeo and Facebook
Then I burned a DVD of that, played it back on my TV.. and Oooops! Some errors and things I didn't like
Left out a word or two, had a spelling error I couldn't stand, two much space between Videos too
A Video would end and there was just a bit too much pause before the next one, and I had one Video in the wrong place
It was supposed be the last after the Seventh one but was in the middle of the pack
So back to the Video Editor, Started on the 'June' Video which was to be the last one, added a missing Subtitle Word
Retimed some of the Subtitles with their Video scenes and then rendered and uploaded it again
Next the 'Roses are Red' Video, don't know how many would catch that misspelled word but it bugged me
I had Nine subtitles on that Video that spelled 'Violets' wrong... I just couldn't stand that
So I deleted One 'L' out of each of the nine Subtitle frames and VOILA! I liked that better
Then I rendered that Video again and then replaced the corrected ones back into the Composite
And then I burned another Blu-ray DVD of the whole thing... Success? would check later on the TV
Then Dinner planning time and TV Catchup Time, mixed my Margarita and settled back to watch
I decided to watch my corrected Video again and it did look better until the last Video, that 'June' one
And somehow I had messed up the Intro Titles to that one... Don't know how I did that... Back to the Editor?
NO! Not that late in the Day and after a Margarita and a Glass or two of Wine... Could wait until Tomorrow
So then on to Dinner and that was it for another busy and sort of productive Day, on to the weekend!
And a double Pay Day to look for on Saturday Morning! HOORAY!
So, I went to feed the Cat a couple nights ago, started to pour out some Cat food into the Pan
And the bottom fell out of tha Sack... What a mess, well... I carefully swept it all up
I put it in a Baggie and I won't tell the Cat It fell on the Floor, but then he isn't all that picky
And so, the Weather? Hadn't peeked out yet at 6 a.m. but the Weather online said light Rain
Well we have been short of Rain this month so the Plants in April will welcome it
And still cool, just a tad warmer to start at 51 Degrees but later only going to 55
I got my Morning Routine all taken care of and then scooted up to the Price Chopper for my loser Lottos
And that's just exactly what they were, Oh well, Pay Day Saturday... and then on to the rest of the Day
You know... I have made Eight of those musical Videos in the last Eight Days now
So I thought it might be a fun Idea to put all of them on one Blu-Ray DVD so I started on that
That didn't take long, added them all on one Timeline, then rendered the Video File and burned a DVD
Then went in to check it on my Player, looks great that way, so... I thought I would make one for Lewis
I made a Blu-ray Copy, printed off a Label and I'll take it down to the Coffee Shop on Friday Morning
And then, I uploaded the full copy of the File to Vimeo just for the record, I have my Blu-ray DVD to play
Then I played the Download and saw a couple of errors, I think I can get away with them though
The Music sort of covers them up... But they did bother me a little... picky picky you know
And here is, the whole thing, no need to play it unless you have time to listen to all Eight Videos
(Which have all been posted on Vimeo, Facebook and my Blog)
And all wet and cold again, March is so undependable, well when isn't the Weather that way
So then, nothing else going on, I took another look at that Kansas City Video again
Trini was just looking for 'them' 'Crazy little Women there'... and he was gonna get him one
So that didn't offer much opportunity for some scenes to fit the Music... So I just went with K.C. Photos
And it didn't turn out too bad when I checked the Video at about 2 p.m.... How about a Margarita?
Then I played the Video back, found a couple things that needed attention and I needed another Photo
Fixed that, then Rendered the File to .mp4, saved it to my Hard Drive Video File, then made a copy on an SD Card
Then played it back from the HP Desktop to my TV, hey, that ain't so bad, then uploaded it to Vimeo
Mixed my Margarita and off to the TV, then the News and the Forecast said Storms on the way
So the Sun went away and the Rain came back... And they say will stay a while... Oh well off to Tomorrow
Well no plans for Tuesday so I started on the 'Roses are Red' Video again and got hooked on it
I had to look on the Internet for a lot of Photos, then edit them, change the aspect ratio
Then fit them on the Timeline to match the Music and Lyrics, took a break about 10 a.m.
Headed down to the Hill to the Fast Stop once again, some chat with Navru, showed him my Videos
Then traded in the Two $10 Winners I got from him Monday for Four more Tickets and then won another $10 back
Back home then to finish the Roses Video, render it, upload it and then post it on here for your rejection
I also posted it on Facebook and got a very nice reply, a Facebook Friend Shayla Khan posts lots of Rose Photos
So I told her I made the Video for the 'Rose Lady' Shayla, and she was very pleased...
Shayla Khan: "Donald ...... I'm just so deeply touched ! You made a video for me ??? Don't know how to thank you.
And the song, it's overwhelming. Thank you from the core of my heart."
So now, Wednesday Morning and all Wet out there, and going to start on ANOTHER Musical Video 'by request'
I will tell you all about that in Wednesday's Blog... Can you stand the wait?... HAH!
And all of the Plants in the AeroGardens have germinated and now the wait to see what they produce...
Always something planted inside or outside here to watch grow
Then a look out front, cloudy and all wet out there, the Forecast did not mention Rain
I don't want another dark dreary wet Day but they say we do need the Rain, well the plants do I guess
And a Call about 10 a.m. from Pat asking if I was receiving Visitors... I said of course, if they don't want to borrow money
So she said she would be over at the usual time, abut 1 p.m. or so, I headed out for Lottos
Down the Hill to the Fast Stop, Navru was off to a meeting, the clerk said, also mentioned Vavru was the Manager
Well doesn't see he has been working there very long but sure did get promoted fast
Back to scratch my Tickets, won $10 this time, sure could use a big one before Pay Day
Then I decided to start on another Musical Video while waiting for my Visitor, they are fun to do
Pat showed up when I was maybe a fourth of the way into my Video, I showed her the process to make them
Then we went in to the Living Room to catch up on all the other new things I have been playing with
So then a really long afternoon of Chat and Music and Movies, with a Margarita for each of us
Pat enjoyed my Tequila concoction but as usual one was sufficient, usually for me too but I needed a Second
Well, that was a long long Movie and only got halfway through before she had to head up the Hill
And so it was a drab wet chilly Day outside but a nice long and entertaning Day Inside
And it looks like the Forecast for Tuesday will be about the same except no Rain... and... away we go
Off to the Price Chopper first thing, out of several of my important regular things, Milk, Wine and Candy
Got those and a few other Items, and of course my Daily Loser Lottos, whatever happened to my Good Luck?
Thinking of planting another Sweet Potato so I got one, and some more Cabbage, I do like my Cole Slaw
Back then for another late Breakfast... at least I didn't wait until Noon like on Saturday
Then I planted my Sweet Potato, easy enough, like it said on the Internet, cut it in half, stick in some Toothpicks
Set it in Water... Then when it developes 'Slips', separate the slips from the Potato and plant them in Soil
I didn't do that on the Two Potatoes that I have planted beofre, I just planted the whole Potato and that worked OK
And then I started on My Ball Game Video, I had the Music File, looked for others but couldn't find any better one
So I started my Video Editor and inserted my Music, then I made Subtitles of all the Lyrics... and next just needed Photos
And then back to the Net to look for some that would work with the Music...
That wasn't all that difficult, I only needed about 10 Photos, and I found most that were our KC Royals
Then edited the Photos some, changed the aspect ratio of all to 1920 x 1080 to fit the Video Frame
Then rendered the file, and uploaded to Vimeo, took a look, Ooops!, needed a little more editing
Corrected a few things, rendered again, uploaded again, then played it on my TV, yeah that's OK and that one was EZ!
Well some other nutty Idea will pop up... Now on to Monday and a whole new Week and Saturday Is Pay Day!
So I have a Video for my Blog for April First, already on this Page, One waiting for May Day's Blog
And the one I did Saturday for June First... Now what can I dream up for July... Are there any July Songs>
I did get out once to head to the Price Chopper for no Lotto Winners at all... This has not been a lucky Month
Oh yeah, I watered the Pepper Seeds I planted to use out back, they are popping up nicely now
Seeds in Nine of the Pots I planted Seed in popped up and sever in some that I willhave to pull out
That is about the only other thing I did besides the Video and then waiting for my new Ethernet Cable
And I checked Online around 2 p.m. Said 'Left in the Mail Box' so I tooled up the Hill to get it
Unwrapped, then easy hookup to the TV and the Ethernet Switch I moved into the Living Room, time to test it out
Tried the messed up new Smart TV Vimeo App again, great, played smoothly with no Buffering, got that fixed
But still that Vimeo Application is not ready for Prime Time, the old one worked much easier and better
With the new One, it will now play the first Video just fine then get a Black Screen and locks up
And no button on the Remote will get it going, have to shut off the TV and start again... Oh well...
I do have an application that does work fine, I fire up the HP Computer in there connected to the TV
I go online to 'My Videos' on Vimeo and then can play any of the Videos in my Collection with no problem
So last thing, my Evening Movie, with a big Hot Dog with Mustard and Relish, some Tater Chips and then off to beddy bye
Then another note from yesterday, I needed a few things from the Price Chopper late in the afternoon
And there was a solid line of Cars trying to get in the Parking Lot which was just about all full up
I got a Parking spot about a mile from the Door and trudged in, found the reason was a Super Sale going on
A bit tedious with all the traffic inside and out but I found that everything I wanted was on a really good Sale
It was billed as a 'Six Hour Sale' and I just happened to luck in on it at the right time
Then on the way back I stopped at the Mailbox, someone called from across the Street... It was Navru from the Fast Stop
He walked over to talk, I asked what he was doing here... Visiting a friend... and was maybe moving in there
He said they were going to move to a House and he might be moving in that Apartment... and so... my new Neighbor?
Well then I was thinking... always thinking up something to change... ALWAYS! Decided to add Lyrics to my Video
So I fired up my Video Editor again and added them, and it took some time, but I have lots of time
Rendered the Video, uploaded it, took a look, Oh Oh... A couple wrong Words, edited it again, took a look
OOOPS! a couple more wrong Words, the process all over again for Three or was it Four more Edits, Renders and Uploads?
Well I am picky like the Test I took says, they said 'Perfectionist'... Well I don't get things perfect but give it a try
And so, into the Afternoon and I had my April Video finally close to the the way I wanted it
So, I have a Recording of Nelson Eddy singing the Merry Merry Month of May'... How about a Video with that?
It is a really old recording and kind of 'Reedy' Sound but with a lot of pretty Flower Pictures it does OK
So I finished that one and uploaded it to Vimeo, now ready for the Public on my Blog on May the First!
Finished that one just in time to head over to the Station on I-435 for Tions Computer Payment
A bag full of loser Lotto tickets to enter for Prizes and $15 of new Tickets to take home, scratch and lose
Then not much left for Friday except one more Corned Beef Dinner... Tasty! and still more in the Freezer
So what's to do for Saturday? HAH! Maybe start on another Musical Video for the Month of June? Yeah...
A litle more work than it looks like to trim those Bushes full of thorns and get the clippings into the Cart
And clipping the stems again to fit into the Cart so there won't have to be several loads
But I got the job done about Noon, only needed to haul the Cart down to the Gully to dump it
And I took a break sitting out beneath my Red Umbrella watching the Birdies having lunch at my Feeder
I can put about a Quart of Seed in the Feeder and they will clean it out before Sundown
That was all my outside doings for the Day and what a gorgeous Weather Day it was again, over 80 degrees
The rest of the Day just puttering around with this and that, and then another 'minor?'... Electronics project
Well it wasn't all that minor, some carpet work again involved, Wires to my TV and living Room Computer
I had to run an Ethernet Cable and a DirecTV Cable under the Carpet in the Hallway
The Idea was, the new Vimeo Application on my 'Smart' TV has been changed and has problems
It is a Wireless Connection from my Router to the TV that gets the Smart TV Apps from the Internet
Most Apps run OK but the Vimeo downloads run at high speed, and their new App 'Buffers' when using Wireless
So the Video would start and stop and I can't stand that.. So, maybe an Etheret Connection might help
But adding that extra Cable would take a lot of doing, the Router only has Four Ethernet Connections
And I would need Seven to hook everything up, I already had a 'Switch' to take care of that but all Socket in use<
I would need Four in the Computer Room and Three in the Living Room and my Router and Switch could only hand Six
That would work if I moved my Switch to the Living Room and didn't use an Ethernet Cable for my Laptop
So I set up the Wiring that would work... Cables to Two Desktop Computers and my Ooma Receiver in the Computer Room
The Fourth connection to a long Cable under the Carpet to the Ethernet Switch that I moved to the the living Room
With the long Cable hooked to the Switch that left Three Connections open... for the HP Computer, the Smart TV
And the 'Mini Tower' Signal extender that I moved to the the Living Room... Now all set for the TV Ethernet Cable
I would need a 15 Foot Cable for that so I ordered one, then checked all the other devices, all were working
And now, the new Cable comes Saturday and will see if the Ethernet Connection will stop the 'Buffering' on Vimeo
And if it won't... all that rewiring effort would be useless... Oh well, shall we see then?
And the Basil in the Pot under the TV was about to reach the Grow Light there so I snipped off the top Stems
Will snip the Leaves and then dry them in the Oven and added them to the ample supply of Basil I already have
I haven't needed to buy any for well over a Year now... I need to grow some Oregano now
And I got an Email from my friend Patricia Wednesday Morning, she took a trip way out West, just got back
I'll hear all about that now in a few Days when she comes by for a catch up Visit
Cruising the Web Wednesday Mornng I saw an article saying that my Windows Insider Updates are due to slow down
And that we had received FIVE Updates in the last TEN Days... And this last one Build 15063 has no expiration Date
Now they are getting ready for update everyone again, and the Insider Program just might be about over
What now, that BLAH time of the Morning again with nothing to do... A bit cool for playing outside
I have a Knock Out Rose Bush left to trim and also that nutty project I thought up during the Night
And only a $5 Win at the Price Chopper, I need a Win big enough to go to Independence again (over $666)
I only had to there once for a $1,000 Win, I wouldn't mind another trip with a bit more to collect
And then, another Idea, make a little Video for April, the Month on the way and what might the Theme be?
Well of course, April Showers, so instead of posting the Song up on top, I posted my musical Video
First downloaded Al Jolson's rendition of 'April Showers' for the Music, then hunted up Photos on the Web to fit the Music
And I added a little of my Garden Video from last Year to round it out, I think it fits the bill
Well it did warm up aome on Wednesday but not enough to tempt me outside to play
Mike Thompson says it might hit 70 Today, still thinking about that new Project, some heavy duty digging though
What I was thinking is to move two of those Knock Out Rose bushes out back, and replace then with my Dwarf Spruces
I'll think about it some more before I begin tht task... on to the Day...
First thing a peek at the Peppers in AeroGarden 7 and all the Seeds have Germinated except for One Pod
And I expect that last One any Day now, I have had good luck with the Pods from Aerogarden for the most part
Then, bragging a little... I solved another Computer Problem all by myself on Monday...
For the last week or so I could not upload Videos to Vimeo
I could open the Vimeo Upload site, select the Video but then the upload just would not start
So several times I had to upload using an alternate method, using 'Dropbox' but that isn't so handy to do
Then I decided to Email Vimeo for a solution, they responded but as usual could not help with their suggestions
So I was thinking, all these Windows 10 Insider Updates, things quit working but later will after the next update
Maybe they messed up something in the 'Edge' Browser I was using to upload, I tried then using the old Windows 'Internet Explorer'
And it worked! HAH! So I will just use that until they get the bug out of the Edge Browser which I use for everything else
And... Looks like that 'Wild Cat' is back... The Cat that used to stop by for Dinner every Day departed some time back
The last Photo I have is one in November 2015, he started skipping Dinner and then just left, quit coming for Dinner
I would occasionaly see one that looked like him in the area and a few Days ago I saw him again out front but he ran off
So I thought I would set some Cat Food out front and see what happened, it was gone the next morning, So I did it again
I set some more out the next Day and it was gone too, and last evening I looked out to see him on the Porch
So I told him to wait a sec and I would get him some Dinner, he was there when I took it out, looks like he is back for now
On to a nothing Day, just ran down to the Fast Stop to lose another $20 on Dud Lottos, just when I need a good Win
Hazy Sunny at Noon, 54 Degrees, not much urge to get out there and do anything, one more Bush I could trim
Ok, then do some Laundry, there always seems to be a load or two to dump in, started on that
And on to the rest of the Day, and guess what? Another Windows 10 Insider update, that's 3 or 4 in just this week!
Got Builds 15060, 15061, and 15062 all this past week and on Tuesday Build 15063, wonder if it fixed my Vimeo upload yet?
Nothing else to report the rest of the Day except the Afternoon and Evening TV and my Cocktail and good Dinner
And got another nutty Project idea when I woke up in the middle of the Night...
I won't mention it because then I just might attempt it... and it might not work... And so, stay tuned
Walking into the Kitchen to put the Coffee on, saw that little Jalapeno Pepper popping up, pretty quick for Peppers
And another Red Fire Pepper just now showing in another Pod, now Herbs and Peppers on the way all over again
Beautiful Monday Morning, Bright Sun and 66 Degrees and headed out to the Price Chopper... all out of Vino Tinto
Got my Wine and Lottos and back to el Ranchito Pequeno, the Golden Barberry Bushes looking great on the way in
Bright Green for now, will turn Golden later, best they have looked this early so far and gave me an Idea
I pruned those Bushes a Week or so ago, now looks like the Popcorn Roses need a trim, project for the Morning
Ok then, out front several times to attack the Rose Bushes, trimmed the Two in the Pots (easy)
Took a little more time to trim the bigger one on the Far end of the Porch, then one of the Center ones
One of the two left to do in the Center, one on the other far end of the Porch when I get in the mood again
And after a rest in one of my Red Chairs out in that record warm weather, I trimmed the second Bush in the Center
That leaves only one to do out front now, and that won't be long...
And that Red Popper Pepper Plant in the Kitchen, lost about half the Plant, broke off moving it from the Aerogarden
And since then it hasn't being doing very well, Leaves drying up and falling off, but had a few Peppers on it
Several fell off when I moved it, tossed them, but picked Two ripe and One green one off to use
Used then on Monday, added them to my Corn Beef and Cabbage re-run Dinner, they added some hot Pepper taste
Now about Six Peppers left on the Plant, don't know if they will be usable or not
Between trimmings I added some Seed to the Bird Feeder out front, then had my Margarita watching the Birds flit in and out
I heard on the TV later that we had another record high Temp for the Day, what is this? Global Warming really here?
Back in to do a TV catch up and they were reporting a Fire, quite a big one and I watched that for two hours
Something blew up in an Apartment Complex under Construction then embers from that fire set a Dozen Homes on fire
Then I headed out to the Kitchen to nuke up another Corned Beef Dinner... a great one, and those Peppers helped liven it up
A busy busy and nice Day in Parkville, and many more on the way, Spring his here! Never Fear!
And then I did that, redid the whole thing and shortened some of the boring scenes a bit
Then set it to upload to Dropbox, now since my Vimeo upload won't work so I have to use that
And at Noon, I did head out back with a Sack full of Tools and stuff, Hammer, Drill, Screws and whatever
Had to dig some more under the bottom of the Base, then pound the Base back under the Garden Bed
Then a couple of Straps to hold the Base in place under the Bed, then last, fasten on the front Board of the Bed and Finito!
Is it Monday yet... ?
Still playing with the Web Cams, I had that Video from the 'breakin' on Friday, so decided to edit it
I had finished that and then more noise out front, fired up the Cam again, the Girls back from England
So I added a little more Video of them to the edited one and uploaded to Vimeo, and oops, found some more things to edit
So I will work on that again Sunday and maybe include the Video on my Blog then
And then off to the Day again, a quick run to Walgreens and then the Price Chopper for a few Items
And back Home to find something to do for the rest of the Day, well first another Windows 10 Insider Update
I got one about three Days ago and then another one on Friday and that last one was a dud!
It slowed everything way down, Programs and the Internet too, so what's going on anyway?
That was Build 15060, I decided to roll it back to the last Update and hit the Update button... But then...
Already one Day later... another Update, Build 15061... So I got that one installed and it fixed everything
On to the Day, and another nice Day, Sunny and 51 degrees at 11:30 so I headed out bsck for a little Garden Work
And it was very little Work at that, about 20 Minutes of digging in that Bed was plenty for me
The Soil all the way to the bottom of that Base at the front edge has to be removed and I got a lot of that done
But that was enough for me to start the Project and there is plenty of time left to finish it... back inside
That was about all to gripe about for Saturday, a pretty nice Day overall, on the usual Afternoon and Evening then
And it looks like Sunday will be even better Weatherwise!
The Main event of this Friday Morning will be to jump in the Shower, get all nice and fresh
Then get these ugly Bandages off, (they have to stay on 24 Hours)... Then replace with Band-Aids
That won't be quite as gariah as these big white Cotton Bumps... Oh yeah... and try to shave around them...
After that to the Minit Mart, need a tank of Gas and then my Lottos, I have $25 of winners to trade
Then no plans until my second USB Cable gets here, I used the first one to hook up the Cam in the Computer Room
Speaking of that Cam, playing around with it on Friday Morning, not so good a [icture at 6:30 a.m.
Kinda dark out there, and a reflection of the Cam 'Blue On Lite' and some of the backlit Venetian Blind
Easy enough to get rid of the Blue light, slipped a rubber band over it on the Web Cam, harder to do with the Blinds
So then a Guy left from upstairs, then later one acrss the streeds and then at 7:30 getting light
And the Guy, next Building, took off in his truck, last the Big Guy upstairs got in his Tiny Car and left
Well they said leave the Bandages on for 48 Hours, that would be about Noon, but I gotta get going
So at a little after 10 a.m. into the Shower and then getting this Show on the Road
In to check my Delivery n the Computer, heard a noise out front, fired up the Peeker Cam, hit 'Video'
And what it that Guy doing out there? Walking around the upstairs Girl's Car poking at the Windows
The girls are back in England for a Break, is that Guy trying to break in the Car or What?
I watched him go to his Car look inside, get something, take it out and work on the Girl's Car Windows
So, I didn't want to call the Police fr that, I called the Owen and asked her fr Tom's pjhone
Told her waa was happening, she says yes, that's the Girl's Boyfriend trying to get something for them
Ok great, the guy kept at it and not getting in, I went out to talk to him, nice friendly Guy at that
He had given up and called AAA to come and unlock the Car, then AAA showed up and got it open
The AAA Man left and the Friend left and they all lived happily ever after, and I got some Video... HAH!
Well this is enough of this Drivel for one Day... Lets go get some more Corned Beef and Cabbage
And watch the Kansas City Saint Patrick's Day Parade on the Telly... Rumarita to sip first, please
But I figured with that big Corned Beef might as well use all the Veggies while they were fresh and tasty
So I had that first sample Dinner Wednesday Evening and Thursday Morning I put the rest all away for later
Now I have maybe Five or Six more Dinners from that batch, I always cook way more than necessary
And what now for Thursday, again not a clue, but at least Mike says it will warm up some
Now 34 Degrees at 6 a.m. and maybe going to 62 later in the Afternoon, sure will beat the last two Days
Still experimenting with the Web Cams... I hooked up one to my Dell Two Desktop in another Window
Either one of them will cover just about the whole Parking Area out front and my Mercedes across the Street too
And that was it for the Day before the Day except another serving of that Corned Beef and Cabbage
The Corned beef was just as tasty but the Nuked over Veggies didn't have quite the Zip as those fresh out of the Pot
Quite good enough anyway and another Serving in store to Finish out Saint Patrick's Day on Friday
And so at 11:45 a.m. today, back to Kansas City Skin and Cancer Center, that little bump returned
Now, all over again for the same thing... I had 'Mohs Surgery' for a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on December 22nd
That started from a little bump I noticed on my Ear, they did a Biopsy and scheduled me for the Surgery
The Doctor did his Surgery in ONE step that time, sometimes it takes several retries on the same Day
I was happy on that Day but not so much since, they say that 'Mohs Surgery' is usually 99% effective
Well this was one of the 1% ones, the original Surgery healed up fine in a Month or so (I thought)
But a few weeks ago I noticed the same type of bump in the same place had popped up again
So I called, I explained to the Nurse, she scheduled me for another Biopsy and that isn't really fun
I asked the Nurse, it is in the Same Place and the same symptoms, why do a Biopsy?, it has to be the same thing
She said no, they couldn't do that, had to have the Biopsy before they could do the Surgery
Yeah, so they can charge for both Procedures... Again! Wonder if I can sue for Malpractice... get some money back?
Well a long Morning to run through until that Appointment, what is there to do on Wednesday?
Oh yeah! Saint Patrick's Day coming Friday, have to get going on that... Off to the Price Chopper
Corned Beef and Cabbage always on Sale, first stopped in Produce, Picked up some Carrots, Parsnips
And a big head of Cabbage and headed back for the Corned Beef, found a nice one for about $14...
OK then. off to the Fun House at 11:15 a.m. to let Mary see what she could see, and it was a lot
I was expecting ONE Biopsy and she did THREE! And then about FIFTEEN Cryosurgeries and they STING!
And the worst part was when she was cauterizing one of the Biopsies, and that DID Burn!
That was the worst trip I have made to the Cancer Center so far and there was no Surgery this time
On into the Afternoon, the Crock Pot steaming out a pleasant Aroma, yeah, I wedged the Cabbage to add later
Would check the Pot again around 6 p.m. Maybe add the Cabbage then you don't want to cook it to death<
And around 2 p.m. the Cryosurgery stinging wearing off, the Ear Biospy still hurting a little
So 2 p.m. is Margarita time, maybe that will help a little... Wednesday will be a 'Rumarita' subbing though
And that did help, by 3 p.m. the pain was all but gone and stayed that way from then on, including all night
On to the rest of that long Afternoon and completing the Day with a sample of my Corned Beef and Veggies
Let's draw the Curtain on Wednesday and see what Thursday has in store
OK... Now 11 a.m. Where was I? Had some Biscuits and Sausage Gravy for a late Breakfast
And then scooted up to the Price Chopper in a very light Snow, quickly over and then some very hazy Sun
Bought $22 worth of Lottos back home to win $12 back, can't pay the rent with that... So what now?
Well my Email says that my USB Cable is 'Out for Delivery' finally, Snail Mail usually comes about 2 p.m
Two hours to kill before that and then 10 minutes to hook it up and try it out and then another long Afternoon
Just glanced out the Window, now there is a Red tiny English Car where the guy's Black one used to park
So whatever it was, it looks like he has it under control, wonder why that big Guy doesn't get a Car that fits?
Now, what for Wednesday? Well... another Biopsy on the same Ear that was operated on December 29, 1916
I'lll cover that in a little more Detail on Wednesday's Blog... Hasta la Vista...
